Last month Gina had her gender reassignment surgery. It's a goal she has had for some time. To be honest, I was surprised when she told me about this. I always thought she wanted to stay pre-op. Obviously I was mistaken. She is very happy with the result. She had her surgery done in Thailand. I'd say her doctor did a good job as she has the best results I've ever seen.As she has done time and time again, Gina is making history by being the first post-op model on this site. So now she is both the first pre-op and first post-op tgirl I've photographed. She told me that this is the only post-op photoshoot she will do. Thank you Gina for this honor.Gina is documenting this experience. When she is finished it will be published here. She hopes it will intrigue us and be helpful to other girls who are considering taking this step.I personally love the results of this photoshoot.
